ON-SITE LAUNDRY – WIFI – LARGE SPACE RV SITES
Open year-round, Granite Ranch RV Park has 36 spaces all situated on packed calichi. The pads are relatively large for an RV park, each being 35' x 50', separated by roped posts. We can accommodate the largest trailer/RV and still have room for 2 cars to the side! Each site is full service, having both 30 & 50 amp hookups, water, and a sewer station.

Laundry
Complimentary laundry facility with washers and dryers for our guests to use!
Security
The property is fenced on all 4 sides and has 8 security cameras so you will feel safe.
Security Deposit
$125 for stays longer than 2 weeks, with $100 refundable at the end of stay. $25 is to cover the cost of a background check.
Lease
Month-to-month agreement, can leave at any time.
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelling prior to arrival, once stay has begun, no refund for remaining days.
Late Fees
After 5 days grace period, $25/week late fee.
Park Guidelines
Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month via emailed invoice. In the absence of a credit card/debit card, we accept Cash App, Goldbacks, or money orders.
PLEASE drive slowly on our access road - We have neighbors with children and appreciate a break.
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am.
Parking - all vehicles should be parked in their designated space.
Keep an eye on your water hose for leaks.
Keep RV tanks closed and dump as needed.

Do you have weekly rates?
Yes - we offer weekly stays, as well as daily and monthly. Please visit rates for details.
Do you allow pets?
We allow pets at the park. For other guests' consideration, all pets must be leashed while at the park. Our open field to the north of the RV rows provides plenty of space for your pet to walk/run around.
Late/Night arrivals?
Ok, as long as contact with management during the day has occurred for coordination.
Do you have laundry on site?
Complimentary laundry is available to guests of the park for the duration of their stay.
What do I have to fill out to begin my stay?
After we perform a quick background check and take a $100 security deposit, you'll need to fill out an application form.
